Developer

You are of course an excellent problem solver with great coding skills.  You are creative - you think out of the box and have good instincts with technology and customer needs.  You inhale new technologies.  You work well in a small team full of fun, trust and humility.  You handle ambiguity by self-organizing and don't wait to be told what to do.  You make progress every day.  You dream big, but you are also realistic.

Professional coding experience in C++, C# or Java.  Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.

User Experience Designer

Are you interested in joining an innovative user experience (UX) design team?  We are looking for top-notch UX designers to help conceptualize, design and deliver world-class user-experience solutions across an array of cutting-edge projects.  Office Labs is focused on pushing the productivity horizon farther through rapid innovation.  Central to this effort is our concept testing initiative where we assemble small teams of high caliber developers, program managers, and user experience professionals who love to quickly build prototypes to explore ideas in the productivity space.

Product Manager / Marketing

Do you want to play an important role in Microsoft’s long term productivity vision, and how we communicate that vision to internal and external audiences?  We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to share their most creative thinking.  This is an opportunity to explore and redefine how we do marketing on a team that is exploring new things in the productivity space.  You will think of new ways to generate excitement and passion by communicating a compelling vision within our employee, customer, and partner communities.  You will also work closely with program management across Office Labs teams and internal product groups to make things happen.  An ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong product management and marketing communications experience with a passion for future technology.
