Conflict with pptPlex
Hi,
First I would like to say what an awesome way to train on Office. I have been rolling out Office versions for many years and this would have saved me so much effort.
 
Plays to the competitive spirit of most people.
 
OK so here is the downer. I also reviewed pptPlex and once I installed it, Ribbon Hero will not run on PowerPoint.
 
If you have a fix for this please let me know.

No sorry there is no fix for this issue.
The fix would need to happen in pptPlex and since that project has ended there will most likely not be able to solve this issue for you.
